Print and fill out the packing slip below. Place it with your baby in a well-padded box, and ship the box to Send Barack Your Baby, P.O. Box 8102, Chicago, IL 60680. Barack is able to return most babies within 14 business days. One of his assistants will call you when your baby has been received.
